Would you like to get more out of your QuickBooks software? This course is designed to do just that! Participants will learn to set-up a new company, navigate through the program, use lists, pay bills, invoice customers, and reconcile bank accounts. Get ready to go through the complete accounting cycle through financial statements as well as discuss time saving and useful tips to enhance the use of this powerful and user friendly software!
Each participant will work hands on to create a new company using laptops provided for use in the class.
What are the objectives?
- Gain a better understanding of the unused power of QuickBooks as a complete package
- Learn the basics of forms, lists, and registers
- Understand Bank Accounts, checks and money transfers
- Basic reporting
- Create “Quick Reports” and zoom in on transaction details
