This session will be led by Ron Miaso and will discuss reasonable approaches to using Social Media for small businesses with little time to devote to the subject. We will discuss the different major Social Media platforms that are in use, and how tying those together in a coherent plan will probably differ from company to company depending on the type of business.
Setting up a YELP account will be covered, as well as the different advantages of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Also covered will be the purpose of having a website as the ultimate goal of driving potential customers to your site and how the use of a Blog can be beneficial.
Another key topic will be an overview of the direction that the Chamber is taking in offering these workshops as well as a discussion of possible future topics and suggestions as we move forward.
